The Lycian Way is a famous trekking route on Turkey`s Mediterranean coast. It runs between Fethiye and Antalya. The area known today as The Teke Peninsula, which describes an area from the Dalaman River in the west all the way to phaselis on the western outskirts of modern day Antalya, was called Lycia. Lycian Way trekking project awarded by Sunday Times and The Book Lycian Way by Kate Clow is also awarded by Garanti Bank in Turkey.

With its historical places on The Lycian Way, the Lycia is an open air museum today. Just as many places that are found in the Lycian region are accessible over land as they are by boat. For instance, the Fethiye bays, as well as Kekova, which are full of historical artifacts, present blue voyagers with imcomparable beauty.
