Who can provide information about the villas I’m interested in?
Our Villa Experts are local professionals living in and around Fethiye. They know each villa and the region in detail, allowing you to speak directly with someone who truly understands your chosen property.

What is the maximum capacity of your villas?
Each villa’s maximum capacity is clearly stated on its individual page.
Note: This number includes both children and infants.
Where can I check prices and availability?
All villa prices and availability calendars are displayed on each villa’s page.
Simply select your desired weeks and the number of guests — the price will appear automatically.
You can then send a booking request or contact us for more details.

How do I complete my booking after choosing a villa?

How is the booking process handled?
When you make a booking request, you automatically accept our Rental Terms.
We request a 30% deposit via credit card or bank transfer through our website. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.
Sunworld Villas will then send you an official confirmation document via email.
The remaining 70% balance is paid upon villa check-in.
What documents will I receive after booking?
Shortly after booking, you’ll receive your booking confirmation and payment receipt by email.
Later, you’ll receive your travel documents, including the villa address, contact details of your local consultant, and directions.
If you believe something is missing, please contact us immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards or payment by bank transfer.
Is there a minimum age for booking?
Yes. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
Do you offer travel insurance?
No, we currently do not provide travel insurance.
Do you offer flight-inclusive packages?
No, Sunworld Villas does not offer packages that include flights.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Once received, your cancellation will be processed, and applicable fees may apply.

If I arrive before check-in time, can I leave my luggage at the villa?
Usually, yes. Depending on the circumstances, early luggage drop-off can often be arranged.
Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
What is required at check-in?
Upon arrival, your host will request ID or passports for all guests for registration with local authorities.
You’ll also be asked to pay your remaining balance and the security deposit directly to the host.
What if something in the villa is damaged during my stay?
If you notice any damage or missing items, please inform the villa owner or manager immediately.
If any damage occurs during your stay, kindly report it as soon as possible — ideally before check-out.
Can I leave a review about my stay?
Absolutely! We’d love your feedback.
After your departure, you’ll receive a link via email to share your review.
Can I arrive or depart on any day of the week?
Yes. Our villas have no fixed check-in day — you can arrive and leave on any date that suits your travel plans.
Can I change to a different villa after arrival?
Unfortunately, villa changes are not possible after check-in.
However, you may cancel up to 30 days before your arrival free of charge.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum stay is 7 nights for villas and 5 nights for apartments.
Who will greet me upon arrival?
You’ll be welcomed by one of our team members who has prepared your villa and will assist you throughout your stay.
Where can I find all information about my holiday?
We’ll send you a personalized Sunworld Villas PDF guide containing your villa address, arrival details, and contact information.
Your access codes will be shared by your consultant a few days before arrival.

Is electricity included?
Yes, electricity is included in the rental price.
We kindly ask our guests to use electricity responsibly — please turn off outdoor lights during the day and switch off air-conditioning when windows are open.
Is gas included?
Yes, gas for cooking and heating is included in your villa rental.
Is water included?
Yes, water is included in the price.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, all villas are cleaned prior to your arrival.
Extra cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Are bed linens and towels provided? How often are they changed?
Yes. All beds are freshly made and towels are provided upon arrival.
Pool and/or beach towels are also available.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged for an extra charge.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, every villa is equipped with a washing machine.
Is there an iron and ironing board?
Yes, all villas include an iron and ironing board.
Is there internet access in the villa?
Yes, all villas feature Wi-Fi access.
We plan to explore the area but don’t want to drive every day. Can you arrange a private driver?
Of course! Simply contact your local consultant before your trip, and we’ll arrange a private driver for you.
ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT
Which airport should I fly to?
The nearest airport to Fethiye is Dalaman International Airport, which offers many direct flights.
Alternatively, you can also fly into Antalya International Airport.

Do we need to rent a car? Can you arrange one for us?
We highly recommend renting a car, especially for villas that are not easily accessible by public transport.
Our partner company, Real Car Rental, can arrange airport transfers or deliver your rental car directly to your villa.
How will I find the villa and access it?
Before departure, we’ll send you detailed directions to your villa.
Upon arrival, a representative in Fethiye will be waiting to greet you, show you around, and hand over the keys.
When can I check in?
Check-in time starts at 17:00 on your arrival day.
After receiving your flight details, your local consultant will confirm an estimated arrival time and ensure someone is at the villa to welcome you.
What if my flight is delayed and I arrive late?
Simply call your local consultant. Their phone number will be listed in your arrival pack and in the house guide.
What time is check-out?
Standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Late check-outs are not possible unless otherwise agreed, as villas must be cleaned and prepared for the next guests.
What if I arrive late and shops are closed? Can I order groceries in advance?
Yes, if you’re arriving late, let us know at least 24 hours before arrival and we’ll be happy to arrange a grocery pack for you (an additional charge applies).
Who do I contact if I have an issue during my stay?
Our Sunworld Villas local team, together with villa owners, provides 24/7 support to ensure your stay runs smoothly.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Where do you operate?
Sunworld Villas provides exclusive access to the finest villas in Fethiye and surrounding regions of Turkey.

We’re coming from the USA. Do we need an adapter?
Yes. Turkey uses two-round-pin plugs, so you’ll need a universal travel adapter.
Will my American DVDs work?
Unfortunately not. U.S. DVDs (Region 1) are incompatible with European DVD players (Region 2).
However, most villas include Netflix, Amazon Prime, or smart TVs for your entertainment.
Will my U.S. mobile phone work in Turkey?
If your phone is GSM-compatible, it should work in Europe.
You can buy a local SIM card upon arrival (ID required).
Check with your provider for international roaming details.
Can I smoke in the villa?
No. All villas are non-smoking indoors.
Guests who smoke may do so outside.
Do your villas allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed in our villas.
