Rental Agreements

1) Definitions and Initial Provisions

1.1) This rental agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared and signed on the Internet and the parties to the agreement are;

  • a) www.sunworldvillas.com operator Ünsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat Limited Şirketi ("Lessor"), duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, located at Kesikkapı Mahallesi Atatürk Caddesi No.:136 Fethiye/Muğla, 48300 and
  • b) It is the rental of the immovable property named "Name of the Person Making the Reservation" ("Renter") and "Villa Name", residing at the "Address" with the "T.R. Identity / Passport Number" T.R. Identity or Passport number, between the days of "Check in Date and Chech out Date" with the reservation number "Reservation Number".

1.2) Within this scope, the holiday residence and the dates on which the relevant holiday residence will be rented by the tenant will be specified on the internet via the website www.sunworldvillas.com by the lessor.

1.3) In this context, transport and invoice information will be delivered to the lessor by the lessee, and if the dates and the holiday home to be rented are found suitable, the pre-booking process will be carried out.

1.4) In the advertisement for each holiday home on the URL address www.sunworldvillas.com; the nature, quality, features, availability and dates, maintenance and usage features of the residence, and the issues regarding the rental of the residence and the expenses to be incurred by the tenant are specified. In case of any dispute, the records on the website shall be deemed legally valid.

1.5) www.sunworldvillas.com is obliged to rent the property in the pictures through the site with the URL address and reserves the right to change the name of the property.

1.6) This contract; "VILLA/ APARTMENT/APARTY" between the lessor (hereinafter referred to as "CUSTOMER") and the lessor of "VILLA/ APARTMENT/APARTY" (hereinafter referred to as ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ.) for a certain period between the start and end dates in advance "villa/apartment/flat" to rent. The customer and the accompanying persons who make a reservation to any of our "villa/apartment/flat" announced on the website "www.sunworldvillas.com" via our website or by telephone or by e-mail are deemed to have accepted the following conditions in advance. Violation of any of the following conditions gives ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation, to ask the customer to leave the villa/apartment/flat, not to return the deposit, deposit rental fee, and to demand the full amount of unpaid rental fees.

 

2) Reservation, Payment, and Damage Deposit

2.1) Our Villas/Apartments/Apartments can be pre-booked via the reservation form on our website or via SMS, telephone, or e-mail.


2.2) ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. makes your pre-rental transaction by specifying the dates you will rent the Villa / Part / Apartment you want to rent and receiving your necessary transport and billing information from you. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. After the preliminary rental is made, 30% of the total fee to be paid for the villa / apart / apartment is taken as a deposit payment. If the deposit is paid within 1 (one) working day after the pre-rental is made, the villa/apartment/flat is reserved and held on your behalf. The amount of the deposit you need to pay and our bank account numbers will also be notified to you by e-mail, SMS, or telephone. Within 1 (one) business day of the deposit, payment can be made by Money Order, EFT, Credit Card payment, or Mail Order method through the site. Within 1 business day at the latest from the date of receipt of the deposit, the rental confirmation of the Villa / Apartment / Apartment will be sent to you in writing. Within the rental, the total fee, the deposit received the dates on which the villa is rented on your behalf and the day and time of the deposit you have deposited are notified.


2.3) In case the deposit is not deposited, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. will be able to use the right to cancel the pre-booking and take another reservation to the villa/apartment/flat without informing the customer. The remaining fee of the villa/apart/apartment is taken in advance (cash) after the contract is made the villa/apartment/flat is checked and the Villa/apart/apartment is delivered.


2.4) A different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer according to the characteristics of each villa/apart/apartment. This deposit amount will be written in the booking confirmation document sent to the customer during the booking process. The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apart/apartment and will be returned in cash if there is no damage, deficiency, etc. in the villa/apart/apartment delivered intact and the fixtures of the villa/apart/apartment before the customer leaves the villa/apart/apartment. If the customer wishes to leave the villa/apart/apartment at an earlier time than specified in the contract or if the villa/apart/apartment exit control cannot be carried out due to the intensity, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be received from the customer. If the damage to the villa/apart/apartment exceeds the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay this damage, otherwise, legal action will be taken.


2.5) ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. takes a damage deposit of 3.100,00 TRY in case the goods are broken, broken, damaged, lost, or lost, etc. due to the delivery of the rented property to the customer as furnished, and this deposit is taken in advance (cash) at the delivery of the Villa / Apartment / Apartment. The damage deposit will be returned to the customer after the counting of the fixtures at the exit of the customer if there is no deficiency.


2.6) It is strongly reminded that these amounts should be ready with you in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apart/apartment to prevent any grievances that may arise due to the above reasons.

 

3) Prices

3.1) The villa/apart/apartment rental prices stated on our website are daily, weekly, and monthly. The deposit can be made to our bank accounts by wire transfer, EFT, Credit Card Payment, and Mail Order payment system.

3.2) The prepayment amount of the villa/apartment/flat price deposited in our account (by EFT, by Money Order, by Credit Card Payment, or by Mail Order, etc.) from the moment you pay, until 30 days before your date of entry to the villa/apartment/flat, in case of cancellation, your prepayment fee will be burned in full, because this payment is made as a prepayment to the villa/apartment/flat owner. The remaining amount must be paid to us at the time of arrival at the villa/apart/apartment. The customer can cancel their trip before the start of the trip. The customer’s cancellation notification must be made in writing to ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. and notifications not made in writing cannot be accepted.

3.3) In case of cancellation, ÜNSALLAR HOTELS HOTELS TOURISM CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. will receive certain percentages from the customer over the total cost of the services specified in the travel agreement to cover the measures and expenses related to the trip. These amounts are determined as follows.

 

4) Cancellation

4.1) The deposit sent for the reservation is non-refundable.

4.2) In case of cancellation up to the 30th day before the start of the trip, the customer has to pay 30% of the total cost of the trip.

4.4) If it happens between the 29th day before the start of the trip and the day of the start of the trip, or if the customer does not arrive at all, the customer has to pay 100% of the trip price.

4.5) If the customer pays the full amount of the villa/apart/apartment fees to ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. by his/her request (by EFT or by money order or by Credit Card Payment or in advance or by Mail Order method), 30% (thirty percent) of the price paid will be burned in cancellations made until 30 days from the time of payment to the villa/apart/apartment. The remaining 70% (seventy percent) will be refunded to the account number you will notify. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money. Because 30% (thirty percent) of this amount has been made as a prepayment to the villa/apart/apartment owner.

4.6) If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 30 days or less before the date of entry to the villa/apart/apartment or if you do not enter the villa/apart/apartment and do not stay in the villa/apart/apartment at all, the total travel fee you have paid will not be refunded to the customer.

4.7) ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ., the Republic of Turkey, the State of Turkey, the financial loss, commission fee, etc., which will be imposed by the bank or banks. such burdens are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer.

4.8) For any reason, if the villa/apart/apartment reservation is canceled by ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ., this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apart/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be offered to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.

4.9) In addition, for some of our villas/apart/apartments (specified on the villa/apart/apartment internet detail page), the entire deposit paid and the total villa/apart/apartment rental fee for these villas/apart/apartments (specified on the villa/apart/apartment internet detail page; for villas/apart/apartments/apartments where the entire villa rental fee must be paid 30 days before or 60 days before the reservation date) will be collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is canceled, no fee will be refunded.

4.10) If the customer fails to make the remaining payment on time, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the previously paid fee, and to receive another reservation for this villa/apartment/flat.

4.11) Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (by e-mail or registered letter with return receipt). There is no validity of reservation cancellations made by talking by phone. Reservation cancellations, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. ’s handwriting is valid from the moment it arrives. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for the non-use of the villa/apartment/flat, provided that the villa/apartment/flat is valid from the confirmation of the reservation with the express declaration of the parties of this contract, including a reason arising from the fault of the customer or the termination of the contract without proper written notice. All of the price shown in the contract becomes due and payable on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment/flat, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. all legal rights of ŞTİ. in this respect are reserved.

 

5) Customer Responsibilities

5.1) Customers are obliged to use the villa/apartment/apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic equipment, and other furniture that they use in the villa/apartment/apartment and are delivered in good condition, in a clean condition. Customers must leave all kitchenware delivered to them clean. On the day of check-out, the villa/apartment/apartment must be returned with all garbage thrown away and dishes washed. In contrary cases and in cases where the villa/apartment/flat is left dirty beyond reasonable levels, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. A cleaning fee will be charged to the damage deposit.

5.2) In case of any damage to the villa/apartta/flat, customers will be liable to ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. is obliged to inform. Any damage caused by customers to the villa/apartment/flat during their stay and the cost of any belongings they lose will be deducted from this deposit if a damage deposit has been received, and in cases of damage exceeding the damage deposit, the customer will be requested to pay in cash.

5.3) In addition, the customer and his/her entourage must be careful to comply with social and moral rules, not to make noise that will disturb the environment, not to listen to loud music, and not to engage in criminal behavior that is prohibited by the laws of our country. For such reasons, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. If a complaint is received by ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. has the right to ask the customer to vacate the villa/apartment/flat before the reservation period expires.

5.4) Our customers who will stay in the villas specified on the website and defined as conservative (villas whose pool is not visible from the outside) have a hundred percent invisibility guarantee from ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. does not give. Regarding invisibility, customers must ensure their privacy. In such problems, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. does not accept liability. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for such problems.

5.5) Travel Insurance: You should purchase adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that you purchase adequate travel insurance to suit your particular needs, that it covers all the activities you plan to undertake, and that it protects you against cancellation, medical and repatriation costs, and personal liability claims. If you would like to organize additional activities during your time away, please check your coverage before doing so. Please read your policy information carefully and take it with you. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance coverage, otherwise ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. He is not responsible.

5.6) Commercial shooting/photography: Commercial and/or editorial filming/photography is not allowed in our facilities unless prior written permission is obtained.

5.7) Events: Hosting events (whether commercial, such as retreats, executive training, or non-commercial, such as weddings, anniversary parties, etc.) is not permitted on any of our properties unless you request and receive prior written permission.

5.8) Security of the property. Although all our properties are insured, it is your responsibility to ensure that the property is adequately insured at all times. This may include times when you leave the property, spend time in the garden or pool area, and wind down for the night. Securing the property may, depending on the situation, include: locking doors; closing and securing windows and shutters; Safeguarding valuables, and installing security systems. If you fail to follow these reasonable steps you will be responsible for any damage to the property and/or loss of you or your property belongings as a result; As a result, your personal liability insurance may also be invalidated or affected.

 

6) Our Responsibilities

6.1) ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ.; It is responsible for delivering the villa/apartment/flat to the customer on the specified date and time, clean and ready for use. Upon entering the villa/apartment/flat, if there is any broken, non-functional item or malfunction, the customer must report it to ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. should be reported immediately and these defects should be requested to be remedied. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. will notify this request to the villa/apartment/flat owner or the relevant company and will ensure that this problem is resolved within 48 hours at the latest. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. is not responsible for fixing the glitch, it helps to fix the glitch. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions that are not reported in time. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. It acts as an intermediary between the villa/apart/flat owner and the customer, and therefore the villa/apart/flat owner is responsible for eliminating any problems that may occur in the villa/apart/flat.

6.2) Any accident, disease, injury, drowning in the pool, death, theft, etc. that may occur other than this and are the responsibility of the customers. and fire, theft, etc. that may occur in the villa/apartment/flat. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible. Apart from this, the customer will receive excursions, shopping, food, beverages, entertainment, transportation, travel, guidance services, etc. from third parties/companies during their arrival to the villa/apartment/flat, upon their return, and during the holiday. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. will not be held responsible at all. After the customer leaves the villa/aparttan/flat, during his stay in the villa/aparttan/flat, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. He cannot claim any right or refund for a service he did not receive due to a failure or malfunction that he did not notify.

 

7) Cleaning, Maintenance, and Pets

7.1) Daily, weekly, and monthly villa/apartment/flat rental prices include entrance cleaning. Apart from this, any cleaning and towels/sheets, etc. that may be requested will be provided. Exchange is subject to a fee.

7.2) Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early every morning, and if any technical problem occurs in the villa during the rental period, it will be resolved by the landlord, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. is not responsible for this, it just helps fix the problem.

7.3) To carry out periodic maintenance of the pool, garden, and other fixtures of all villas/apartments/flats, the staff must enter the garden or inside of the villa/apartment/flat. For these services to be carried out without interruption, the customer must allow the staff on duty to enter the villa/apartment/flat when necessary.

7.4) Unless stated otherwise on the villa/apartment/flat detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection, and air conditioning usage are included in the prices. Pool lighting, air conditioning, and internet may not be available as standard in every villa/apartment/flat, so it is recommended that you carefully read the features of the villa/apartment/flat you rented on our villa/apartment/flat features page.

7.5) Unless stated otherwise, pets are strictly not allowed in our villas/apartments/apartments.

7.6) Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of all of our Villas/Apartments/Flats.

 

8) Check in and Check out 

8.1) On the starting day of the reservation, the entrance time to the villa/apartment/flat is 17.00 at the earliest and 22.00 at the latest. Customer; He cannot enter the villa/aparta/apartment outside the specified hours. If he arrives after the specified entry time at the latest, he will be able to enter the villa/apart/apartment one day later in the morning. ŞTİ. You can log in at the beginning of the working day (09.00).

8.2) Customer; In case of arrival before or after the specified time, problems arise from not being able to enter the villa/apartment/flat, staying overnight, not being able to find accommodation, etc. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible. The customer must find his place to spend the night and pay his accommodation fee. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for such situations.

8.3) At the end of the reservation, the departure time from the villa/apartment/apartment is 10:00 in the morning at the latest for all regions. At 10:00 in the morning, any problems, damages, grievances, etc. arising from the customer not vacating the villa/apartment/flat at all or vacating it late. The customer is directly responsible for all negativities and ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. It will cover all kinds of financial damages of ŞTİ. We would like to remind you that travel plans should be made according to these hours to avoid any inconvenience to both parties.

8.4) In case of an early departure, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. must be informed 24 hours in advance. If the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment without checking the villa/apartment/apartment due to busyness, the damage deposit will be sent to a bank account to be declared by the customer, and shipping costs will be paid from the damage deposit. If the customer leaves the villa/apartment/flat early at his request, no refund will be made to the customer for the accommodation fee.

9) Capacity

9.1) Guests exceeding the capacity stated on our website or the number of people specified when making a reservation are strictly not accepted in our Villas/Apartments/Apartments (Children and babies are also included).

9.2) If the customer wishes to make a change in the number of people after the reservation is finalized, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. in writing and depending on the capacity of the villa/apartment/flat, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. This change may be approved if ŞTİ. deems it appropriate. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. may request an additional fee from the customer.

9.3) After entering the villa/apartment/apartment, no guests are allowed into the villa/apartment/apartment other than those specified in the reservation list. In cases where the contrary is determined, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. has the right to ask the guests to leave the villa/apartment/apartment, to cancel the reservation completely or to request the villa/apartment/apartment to be completely evacuated without waiting for the end of the rental period, and to demand the full fee and an extra fee. During the rental phase of the villa/apartment/apartment, the transaction is carried out in line with the customer’s declaration, and the customer accepts that the information provided is correct and complete and accepts all responsibilities that may arise in this regard.

 

10) Safety and Health

10.1) Swimming pools and jacuzzis inherently carry their inherent risks. You must ensure that you and all members of your party take great care when using or being near any swimming pool(s) at your accommodation. For example, you should physically inspect the pool before using it to ensure that you and all members of your party are aware of the depth(s) of the pool (including the location of any depth changes) and its layout (including endless edges). Everyone should walk rather than run around or near the pool and read our pool warnings and health and safety advice in the Home Guide, in our app, and on our website. You must ensure that no one dives or enters the pool while intoxicated. You should check the pool every day before using it and report any visible defects. Many pools are not fenced. Whether fenced or not, children should always be supervised by a responsible adult. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. shall not be liable for any death or personal injury arising from or in connection with the use of the swimming pool. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for such situations.

10.2) Swimming Pool temperatures of our villas/apartments/flats; It vary depending on the weather and seasonal temperature, the customer renting the villa/apartment/flat cannot enter the pool due to the coldness of the pool and therefore cannot use the pool. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible. The customer who will rent the villa/apartment/apartment, to find out the weather conditions on the date of renting the villa/apartment/apartment; can get information from the website of the General Directorate of State Meteorology or by calling the General Directorate of State Meteorology.

10.3) There is no heating system in the swimming pools of each villa/apartment. If there is a heating system, it is clearly stated on the detail page of the villa/apartment. Some are paid, some are free. This is clearly stated on the detail page of the villa/apartment. Water temperatures of heated swimming pools vary between 26 degrees Celsius and 29 degrees Celsius. Spa or Spa etc. It is not boiling water or very hot water like in other places. Don’t have such an expectation. You should consider this when renting your villa and requesting heating for a fee. “This water is not hot” etc. Those who use these statements and want to get back the money they paid for heating will not be refunded. The customer, who rented the villa in this way (with a heated pool), could not use the pool due to such situations. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. is not responsible and cannot be held responsible. In addition, since pool heating is done with electricity, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. is not responsible and cannot be held responsible.

10.4) Animals and Insects: Please note that the majority of our properties are located in rural areas where wildlife such as animals and insects are as natural a part of the landscape as grasses and trees. It would not be particularly unusual to encounter animals such as rodents, deer, goats, or cats (stray or belonging to those living nearby) or insects such as wasps, bees, mosquitoes, flies, ants, scorpions, or spiders. Insects and animals may be attracted to swimming pools, nearby streams or ponds, native vegetation, and food left outside after an outdoor meal. We ask that you keep doors and windows closed as much as possible and remove all food debris after all (open and closed) meals. In case of any incident related to such situations, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. is not responsible.

10.5) Please do not knowingly feed any local animals; this will encourage them to return and they may not be welcomed by subsequent guests.

 

11) Invoice

11.1) ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. There are no villas apartments or flats published on the website of ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. It does not belong to ŞTİ. The owners of each villa/apartment/flat are different people, individuals, institutions, and companies. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. It is an intermediary (broker) to rent the villas/apartments/flats of individuals, institutions, and companies to customers, therefore ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. It only issues brokerage invoices. In other words, it earns a certain brokerage profit from the fee paid by the customer and issues an invoice for this profit. Since the remaining profit is the profit of the villa/apartment/flat owner, he does not invoice the rest. The remaining amount is the responsibility of the villa/apartment/flat owner, therefore the villa/apartment/flat owner invoices for the remaining amount. ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TOURISM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. It is only obliged to invoice for the profit it earns, it does not invoice for the profit earned by third parties, institutions, individuals, or companies, it is not responsible for this and cannot be held responsible.

 

12) Force Majeure

12.1) In cases falling within the scope of force majeure, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. may terminate this agreement unilaterally without incurring any legal liability. War in the region or country, the threat of war, uprising, strikes, natural disasters, fires, terrorist activities, epidemics (pandemic), technical problems that may occur in transportation, ÜNSALLAR HOTEL TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. Superstructure and infrastructure works carried out by municipalities or public institutions that cannot be prevented, prohibitions by state authorities in the region, and all events that cannot be predicted and developed beyond our control will be considered within the scope of force majeure.

 

13) Complaints

BEHAVIOR IN CONTRADICTION WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS GIVES " ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ.
