Cancellation and Refund Options

The products and/or services subject to the contract are not within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal, as they are in the nature of "Contracts for the use of leisure time for accommodation, entertainment or rest, which must be made on a certain date or period" in accordance with the 15/g provision of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Customer accepts and undertakes that he knows this matter from the very beginning and that he will not demand the Right of Withdrawal.

In cancellations made to the villa/apartment/apartment, from the moment you make the prepayment amount (via EFT or Money Order, or Mail Order Method) of the villa/apartment/apartment price deposited to our account or paid by Credit Card, the entire prepayment fee will be charged, because this The entire payment has been made to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment as a prepayment. You have to pay the remaining amount to us in advance at the entrance to the villa/apartment/apartment.

The customer can cancel the trip before the start of the trip. Unsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat LTD. ŞTİ. in writing, unwritten notifications are not accepted.

In case of cancellation, Ünsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat LTD. ŞTİ. will take certain percentages over the total costs of the services specified in the travel agreement in order to cover the precautions and expenses taken by the company. These amounts were determined as follows.

Cancellation Conditions;

1) The deposit sent for the reservation is non-refundable.

2) If the reservation is cancelled 30-60 days before the start of the trip, the customer has to pay 30% of the total travel fee.

3) If the reservation is cancelled 0-29 days before the start of the trip, the customer has to pay 100% of the total travel cost.

Unsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat LTD. STI. In case of cancellation by the customer, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. If an alternative cannot be found, the prepayment amount will be refunded to the customer.

In addition, some of our villas/apartments/apartments are special (indicated on the villa/apartment/apartment website detail page), the entire deposit is paid and these villas/apartments/flats are exclusive to our villas/apartments/apartments (indicated on the villa/apartment/apartment internet detail page; 30 days before the reservation date. For villas/apartments/apartments for which the full price must be paid), the total rental price of the villas/apartments/apartments is collected from the customer. Even if you cancel the reservation, no fee will be refunded.

If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, Ünsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat LTD. ŞTİ. reserves the right to cancel the said reservation, not to reimburse the previously paid fee and to make another reservation for this villa/apartment/apartment. Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail or by registered letter with a return receipt). Reservation cancellations made by talking over the phone are definitely not valid. Reservation cancellations, Ünsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat LTD. STI. It is valid from the moment it reaches the hand of the letter.

Ünsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat LTD. STI. cannot be held responsible. All of the prices shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment/apartment, and Ünsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat LTD. STI. All legal rights in this direction are reserved.
